Cancellation and Refund
CANCELLATION POLICY
(1) The corresponding author must inform the editor or publisher regarding the cancellation (withdrawal) reason of the paper before its acceptance from the Asian Journal of Applied Science and Technology.
(2) The cancellation (withdrawal) should be requested within 15 days of submitting the paper to the Asian Journal of Applied Science and Technology.
(3) If the corresponding author requests withdrawal (cancellation) of the article before publication, there are no charges applicable for cancellation (withdrawal).
(4) There are no charges applicable if the author withdraws his/her paper from consideration till publication; or if he/she declines to revise and resubmit.
REFUND POLICY
(1) No Refund will be issued if the Author wishes to cancel or withdraw the publication with us after the online publication process is completed.
(2) When the article has been published and there is a breach in the research or the conduct of the author, the Asian Journal of Applied Science and Technology has all rights to retract the paper and no refund will be provided.
(3) If any author wants to voluntarily retract the paper after online publication, there will be no refund in article processing charges from the Asian Journal of Applied Science and Technology.
(4) Wrongly deposited money or additional (extra) deposited money will be returned back within 05 business days if the respective author informs us within one month from the date of the money deposit.
(5) All Refunds will be processed only through the online mode in 05 business days.
